Gran Turimo 5 test play at Tokyo on 18 April

The latest version of GT5 was available for test play at Tokyo on 18 April, 2010. I think the content was the same as what was seen at CES game show on March 2010.

I played it myself too, and the motion of the cars were as real and smooth as cars you see on streets. Totally awesome graphic work! I asked one of the Publicity guy from Polyphony Digital about the release date, and he could only say the game was still under a further development, seeking higher quality. I personally thought this test play version was already a product-release level though.

Lol a Forza wannabee? Now I heard it all…
It sure is a long wait but once GT5 comes out I got a feeling Turn10 won’t even bother making another Forza. This game will be a beast and basically make any other racingsim obsolete.

You do realize Forza wouldn’t exist if weren’t for GT right?

Dan Greenawalt wishes he could make a game this good. How are those 8 car races and frooked up online system treating you guys?😉

But seriously, this game is looking SO darn good, I can only wonder what Kazunori sensei is holding back for E3. And what still needs to be polished before he’ll release it!
